Missoula, Montana, Farmers Markets

Are you looking for something fun to do on a Saturday morning in Missoula, Montana?  Wondering where the Saturday morning farmers markets are?

Farmers markets are a great way to find local produce, and locally made items, whether you just want to browse or are looking for a fun souvenir to take home.

Missoula boasts three fun outdoor markets for you to visit from mid-May to Mid-October.

The markets listed are in no particular order, and are all on Saturdays:

8 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Location: Under the Higgins Street Bridge, east of Caras Park

This outdoor market offers live music and a lot of food: you can get breakfast and lunch, flowers, coffee, fruits and veggies, and yummy baked goods.

Visit: www.clarkforkmarket.com

(Note: You might see some places that the website says it is www.clarkforkrivermarket.com, I am not sure if that is old news or the old website, but that is incorrect.  The website is www.clarkforkmarket.com)

9 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Location: East Pine Street, Downtown

Visit: www.missoulasaturdaymarket.org

This is a great place to find crafts: from clothing and soap, to photography and glass art.

8:30 a.m.  – 12 noon

Location: Circle Square, at the north end of Higgins Street, downtown

Visit: www.missoulafarmersmarket.com

You will find around 100 vendors selling everything from flowers to produce.

Enjoy these Missoula, Montana, farmers markets!!

Warmest Wishes from Big Sky Country,

Alex Neill
