Select National Parks to Re-Open During Government Shutdown, October 2013

Thanks to donations from their respective states to the National Park Service, select national parks will re-open temporarily during the current government shutdown (October 2013).  I am happy to see that some will be reopening, but most are in Utah, and unfortunately, none are in Montana.

Here is the link to the full list of parks that are set to re-open:  http://www.nps.gov/shutdown/index.html

Hopefully, it will not be too long before Yellowstone National Park and Glacier National Park reopen, as well.

Warm Wishes from Big Sky Country,

Alex M. Neill
