The Lewis and Clark Festival
 is an annual event that will take place in Great Falls, Montana, June 20-22, 2014.

 

Turn back the pages of time to 1805 and experience life as it was for the Lewis and Clark Expedition at the 25th annual Lewis and Clark Festival, June 20-22.  Re-discover the land, the history and the Native cultures of this epic journey. The Festival features a tipi encampment village, kid’s trading post, bull boat construction, native drummers, hand games, live music, Discovery Day Camp for children, Buffalo Kite Flying exhibition, arts & crafts vendors, and programs every hour. Also available are float trips on the scenic Missouri River.  


The Festival takes place at Gibson Park in Great Falls, Montana, and is open to the public Friday 12:00 noon to 8 pm, Saturday 10 am to 8 pm, and Sunday 11 am to 4 pm. 

All events are FREE, except for the Children’s Discovery Day Camp and the Missouri River float trips. The event is hosted by the Lewis and Clark Foundation. Premier sponsors include the Montana Office of Tourism, and 104.9 The Wolf Radio.  More information is available at www.lewisandclarkfoundation.org.
